Booking form submissions are processed and stored through Netlify Forms and routed through Make.com (formerly Integromat) for notification delivery. Both services operate under their own privacy policies and security standards.
Media files (photos and videos from inspections) are stored through Cloudinary. Inspection reports are hosted on Railway. We do not grant these services the right to use your data for any purpose beyond delivering our service to you.
This website uses Netlify Analytics, a server-side analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. It records anonymized page visit data (pages viewed, referrer source, general geographic region) to help us understand site traffic. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
We retain booking form submission data for as long as necessary to provide service and maintain reasonable business records. If you'd like your information removed, contact us directly and we'll delete it within 30 days.
